7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Scorefy AI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, AI models, and software — are the exclusive property of HRY Games and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Scorefy AI may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies.

9. Third-Party Services

Scorefy AI may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of such third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRY Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Scorefy AI, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or data
• Losses based on our predictions
• Service interruptions or technical errors
• Inaccuracies in prediction data

11. Privacy

Your use of Scorefy AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

12. Modifications to Terms

HRY Games reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of Scorefy AI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
